Great service

This is probably our fifth purchase from wholelattelove.com. As in the past we got our espresso maker quickly and in perfect shape. We also like their website - especially the handy videos that explain how to care for your machine. Nothing is more important or enjoyable than our morning coffee and whole latte love made sure it continued uninterrupted.

Very balanced and easy on the acid so…

Very balanced and easy on the acid so you can enjoy espresso shots all day. Great taste with hints of Carmel, nuts, and honey! Also holds up well in milk for lattes. This is my new favorite coffee!

Selection was good, packaging was not

The actual order was really good - everything was in stock and the prices were good. The issue that I ran into was the packaging - the coffee tin was so badly dented it was like a truck ran over it, the water filter packaging was ripped open and instructions for the decalcifier were stuck on to another product. The box it came in was badly damaged but not in the way that it would have caused the damage to the inside products.

Too Much Hassle

I ordered a dosing hopper for my home coffee grinder. A small, inexpensive part. I received an order confirmation email right away. A day or two later I got a voicemail saying they needed to confirm some information before shipping my order, and that I needed to call them back. I did, and was on hold for about 30 minutes before getting through. They asked me to confirm my address (which I had already provided twice as part of checkout) and my phone number (which I know they already had because they had called and left me a voicemail). Then they said in order to confirm my phone number they would need to call me and I would need to answer the phone. Several minutes later, I got the call. I asked why all of this was necessary for a part I could have just ordered on Amazon, and they told me it was for their protection and mine. Such a hassle. It took 45 minutes out of my workday. I won’t be ordering from them again if I can help it.

Don't care or want to stand behind product

Don't care or want to stand behind the product.
Previously had a Gaggia Brera for 8 years and started acting up and replaced with same model and since day 1 during the brewing process half the water goes to the water tray and during startup/shutdown rinse 100% of the water goes to the tray. I've sent videos and all I get is questions about if I descaled it or cleaned the brew group. 8 years I had the previous one and this new one only 30 days and they keep making reasons why it's ok that the manufacturer added a rinse feature that doesn't function as designed (and directly related to losing half the water during brewing) and they say it's still functioning normally. Will be looking to do a chargeback on my CC.

No phone support available

I bought an expensive grinder. I have had some issues and wanted to speak with an expert. Unfortunately, they don't allow you speak with anyone over the phone. Chat and email are the only support options. I was disappointed in that.

Good products and decent support

I continue to conduct business with Whole Latte Love both because their products are of high quality and they provide decent customer service. In particular, I had a electrical connection problem with my new Gaggia Pro coffee machine. Initially, the tech specialist was diplomatic, but persistent in challenging my diagnosis of the problem. It finally reached the point that I requested to work with a supervisor or tech manager. That individual was much more responsive to the issue and we were able to get the problem resolved by replacing the part. She did offer to send a new machine, but the part was easy enough to replace and took care of the issue. The online videos cover a wide range of espresso topics and product comparisons. They are well presented and a great starting point for anyone new to barista techniques and creation of the best espresso drinks.
